Question. I can't select anything it just moves the plan around? Answer: tap on the button at the top that looks like a cross with arrows on it. This button lets you switch between moving the plan or moving objects.
Q: How do I print my plan? A: Tap on the photo button in the top right hand corner and tap on the option to take a photo of my plan. You can then go into Photos on your device and print it from there.
Q: How do I email my plan? A: Tap on the photo button in the top right hand corner and tap on the option to take a photo of my plan. You can then go into Photos on your device and email the image of your plan from there.
Q: When I started the app it asked for access to Photos and I said no. Now I can't save pictures of my plans. A: To let Garden Designer save pictures to your photos all you need to do is Tap on the Settings icon on you iPad's home screen. Then select Privacy and then select Photos. And lastly switch access for Garden Designer to on.
Q: The app doesnt start or crashed on start up? A: The App requires iPad 2 or higher. In other words it won't function on the first iPad (iPad1). If you have accidentally purchased the app and have an iPad1 please contact Apple for a refund. You can do this by first opening iTunes, then you need to click your email (AppleID) in the top right of the iTunes Store, click ‘Purchase History’ (midway down), and then press ‘Report a problem’. Then, select Garden Desigenr, and it takes you to the appropriate form.
